La macchina ha la possibilità di produrre automaticamente il classificatore finito con: precaricatore plancie, caricatore, cordonatura, perforazione e montaggio occhiello passadito, applicazione meccanismo a leva, perforazione e montaggio occhielli ovale, caricamento pressino meccanismo e uscita automatica classificatore finito.

This automatic line for production of complete lever arch files is composed of: flats prefeeder,z flats feeder, creasing, punching and fixing of finger hole eyelets, fixing of lever arch mechanisms, punching and fixing of rado eyelets, feeding of compressor bars. Assembled files go out from the machine automatically and are ready for packing.

Linea automatica modulare per l'assemblaggio dei classificatori con meccanismo a leva (ad alta capacità produttiva). Questa macchina ha la possibilità di essere composta, a seconda delle eisgenze del cliente, con più moduli di lavorazione e ogni singolo modulo può essere escluso dal ciclo produttivo senza interferire con l'alta capacità produttiva della stessa.
